In line with HKM's vision, we develop, manufacture and provide after-sales service for reliable, environmentally friendly products that are easy to purchase and use, exceeding customer expectations by leveraging advancing and up-to-date technologies.
We aim to document our quality management system in accordance with the requirements of the international ISO 9001 standard and to continuously improve it.
By encouraging innovative and creative approaches and conducting training programmes to enhance technical and behavioural competencies, we increase the long-term commitment of our employees, customers, sub-industries and external collaborations.

ISO 9001 Quality System
All our production and service processes are documented and audited in accordance with the international ISO 9001 standard. The principle of continuous improvement guides every step we take.
R&D and Innovation
Our R&D unit at the Dudullu OSB production facility develops next-generation breaker technologies through FEM analyses, material fatigue tests and field performance measurements.
Testing and Quality Control
Before dispatch, every product undergoes hydraulic leak, impact frequency, operating pressure and vibration tests. Critical components are individually certified and a test report is issued for every product.
R&D
R&D and Innovation
HKM conducts original R&D activities in its product development processes. Our R&D unit at the Dudullu OSB production facility actively works on new breaker models, tool and spare part geometries, and impact mechanism optimisation.
Development processes are supported by FEM (Finite Element Analysis)-based structural simulations, material fatigue tests and real-world field performance measurements. This disciplined approach ensures that every new model in the Red Line and Grey Line series achieves its designed service life and performance targets.
The New Power Cell design, the innovative Tie Rod system and the Wide Oil Flow technology developed over the years are concrete results of this R&D process. Forty years of experience are continuously fed by field data, laying the foundation for the next generation of breakers.


QC
Testing and Quality Control
Every hydraulic breaker leaving HKM goes through a systematic quality control and performance testing process before dispatch. Our test protocol covers hydraulic leak testing, impact frequency, operating pressure, and noise-vibration measurements.
Critical components, piston, cylinder, accumulator, are individually certified and a test report is issued for every product. The same standard applies to spare part procurement: spare parts entering stock are accepted into the warehouse only after passing supplier quality audits and incoming quality control tests.
