Raw Material & Steel
A part’s service life is decided by the steel it starts from. HKM selects the right alloy for each part group, high wear resistance for pistons and bushings, high tensile/fatigue strength for tie rods, toughness for cylinders and front heads.
Combined with controlled heat treatment, certified raw material balances surface hardness with inner toughness, so the part resists both wear and impact.

Are your spare parts original?

What is in a seal kit?
A seal kit contains all the sealing elements replaced during an overhaul (o-rings, seals, sealing rings), complete to the brand/model’s sealing diagram. It renews hydraulic sealing, preventing oil leakage and pressure loss.
When should I replace the piston or bushings?
Drops in impact power, abnormal noise/vibration, oil leakage or excessive tool play are signs of wear. Check bushings and seals at periodic maintenance and piston/cylinder surfaces at overhaul.
Are parts in stock or made to order?
Parts for common brands/models are kept in wide stock and shipped fast. Items not in stock are produced in below-market lead times; contact our sales team for exact delivery.
