Why start from the machine?
The first and unchanging criterion in attachment selection is carrier weight. If the attachment is too light for the machine, the machine crushes it with its own weight; if it is too heavy, the load on the boom pins cracks the boom and upsets stability. Knowing your machine tonnage is therefore the shortest path to the right attachment.
The tonnage shown for each model is an approximate operating weight derived from the machine class. The exact weight varies with cab, tracks and added equipment; if you are on a borderline model, use the real weight from your machine documents.
Because operating pressure is also decisive for breakers, once you settle on a breaker we recommend the breaker selector, which evaluates tonnage, flow and pressure together.

My machine is not in the list, what should I do?
The list covers common excavator brands; not every year and variant is included. If you know your machine operating weight in tonnes, use the attachment selector that takes tonnage directly. If unsure, send us your machine brand, model and weight and we will identify the right attachment together.
Why does the shown tonnage differ from my real machine weight?
The tonnage shown is an approximation derived from the machine class; cab, track width and added equipment change the real weight. Because attachment fit works over a range, this approximation places most selections in the correct class. If you are on the border, use the weight from your documents.
Can I fit more than one attachment to the same machine?
Yes. Provided tonnage and hydraulic compatibility hold, the same carrier can run several attachments such as a breaker, shear or drum cutter. A quick coupler speeds up changeover.
